Mark Areias is a formally trained Goldsmith and California born and raised. At Mark Areias Jewelers, our business is built on integrity, quality, and value. We are utterly committed to high standards and our hope is that the commitment turns into a relationship with the customer.
Mark Areias Jewelers has been offering our customers a unique and personal buying experience for more than 30 years, and we take pride in the fact that most of our inventory is custom designed and created in-store.
While the design and execution of original jewelry pieces are a source of keen pleasure for our creative family, both of our shops provide a complete variety of services for customers which are all done on premises. Our genuine desire is getting to know our customers and being able to turn your ideas into a unique creation that will live on through generations.

Hand fabrication
Mark Areias Jewelers offers professional on-site custom design and repairs. Mark and our Master Goldsmiths specialize in hand fabricated one-of-a-kind engagement rings using premium metals and fine quality diamonds and colored gemstones.
Hand fabricated pieces are crafted directly from metal without the use of any wax, molds, or additions. Parts are fabricated from raw metal, which is rolled or drawn into sheet and wire. Vast majority of jewelry today is produced by a wax casting process in order for fast mass production. Hand fabricated jewelry is a product of time, patience, and knowledge, making each piece special.

on-site watch repairs
We provide quality service on all fine swiss timepieces by our on premises Certified Watch Technician. Our watchmaker is Rolex and Cartier trained. Offering battery replacement, complete overhauls, watch band sizing, refinishing, and crystal replacement. One year warranty is included on every repair completed.
Appraisals
Jewelry appraisals are available for insurance and estate purposes. All appraisals are done in our stores which include cleaning and inspection. We offer qualified Gemological Institute of America (GIA) trained and certified expertise.
